 A short time ago, I was suffering from neck and back pain. Ironically, you start appreciating your health more when there is some pain that stops you from enjoying your life fully. And of course, this is also the time when you start seeking help from others to ‘fix’ the health problem. I did not know what to expect from chiropractic care, and I was a little bit scared of something new and unknown entering my life. The minute I walked into the Health From Within clinic I could not help but notice the light-hearted and positive mood which permeated the place. I was amazed at how friendly everyone was, and how every person working at the clinic made me feel at home. Little did I know that coming to Health From Within would positively affect my life. Fast forward 6 months and I am a changed person now. I long forgot about the pain that used to prevent me from fully enjoying life and motherhood. I am happier and much healthier now. I am grateful to Dr. Kristy, Dr. Geoff and Julie for helping me and for encouraging me to take the steps towards the goal of becoming healthy! Thank you so much!!!

I was experiencing extreme photo-sensitivity, and was very irritable. Since I started treatment, I have found that my light sensitivity has been reduced significantly, I have more energy and focus, and less fatigue and irritability. I have also been able to handle stressful situations a lot better and don’t get the headaches. There is also focus on eating habits and lifestyle choices, and I have noticed how simple changes can have dramatic effects.
