Registered Massage Therapist

Lindsay was born and raised in the Stoney Creek/Hamilton area and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). Along with her training, she completed an additional course in pregnancy massage therapy and with Trimesters Massage Therapy Education. During which, she gained experience working with high risk pregnant and post natal mothers at the Women’s College Hospital in Toronto. While at CCMH, Lindsay also received a certificate for completing extra hours of hospital specific massage. This included her time at Women’s College Hospital along with providing massages to elderly patients in a nursing home in Cambridge and family of people who have cancer at a hospice in Guelph. She also currently provides care for nursing home patients in Hamilton.

As an RMT, Lindsay has a clinical focus on pregnancy and infant/child massage but provides care for both men and women of all ages. Since graduation she has completed a labour support certification course and is excited to be available as a doula for pregnant mothers. Additionally she has completed a deep tissue therapy course.

Lindsay offers a wide range of massage therapy services including pregnancy massage, relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, lymph drainage and fascial release. Lindsay is excited to become a part of the Health from Within Family Chiropractic team and is looking forward to providing care to its patients.
